Rapp Bomek further extends market reach and enters into a production license agreement with Almoosa Doors, Saudi Arabia
In a signing ceremony Tuesday June 18th Mr. Mosaed Almoosa, CEO of Almoosa Automatic Doors, and Mr. Per Arne Haug, Sales and Marketing Director of Rapp Bomek AS, signed the license production agreement between the companies.
Following the signing ceremony Rapp Bomek held Sales Training for Almoosa Automatic Doors sales and technical personnel.
Rapp Bomek, a company in Bomek Group, is a leading supplier of doors, windows and wall systems for construction, oil and gas industry and to the security market. The company now enters into a strategic partnership with the company Almoosa Doors, Saudi Arabia. Almoosa Doors is a manufacturer of blinds, gates and doors/fire doors and is the market leader in Saudi Arabia for window and door blinds. Almoosa currently have more than 50 product outlets spread over the Kingdom. Both Rapp Bomek and Almoosa have been delivered products and projects to the local market with Saudi Aramco being the largest customer for Rapp Bomek. The license production partnership with Almoosa is an important step in Rapp Bomek's internationalization in general and a strategic move for the Middle East market to become local, hence fulfilling Saudi Aramco’s requirements for IKTVA content in upcoming projects.
“Rapp Bomek is currently one of the few product suppliers qualified to supply fire & blast doors to Saudi Aramco. Following a few successful projects over the last years we realized that localization via license production is the right strategy for Rapp Bomek to serve the local market and further grow the presence in the region” says Mr. Per Arne Haug.
